Transforming Physical Therapy
After more than a decade working in physical therapy, I grew frustrated watching how the system treated patients. Insurance dictated what could be addressed, sessions were rushed, and people were left without the time or education they needed to actually heal. Too often, they were given exercises to copy without understanding why—and left feeling discouraged when pain kept returning.
I knew there had to be a better way. That’s why I created ReConnect: a concierge, one-on-one practice built around the belief that every body has a story worth listening to. Here, we take the time to look at the full picture—your posture, your movement history, and how your body has adapted over the years—so we can uncover the root cause and rebuild from the ground up.
